Unfortunately, Harris is a politician, and as such, she's very careful about what she says, unlike Trump who has no filter, or the ability to think through a complex issue. Yesterday, Biden did say something about looking into Ukraine using long-range weapons in Russia. Maybe it's all talk, maybe not. It's an odd situation now since Biden is the decision-maker, not Harris. But, Biden is out of politics after the next inauguration and I think that might impact his thinking about Ukraine.
